Privacy Policy

Updated: July, 2026.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Hall-Jackson & Associates, P.C. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit our websites, register for our masterclass or events, purchase digital products, book a consultation, or otherwise interact with us (the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, email, and phone number when you register; billing and payment details when you purchase or book; and any information you share when you contact us or complete a form.

Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, general location, and usage activity collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third-party platforms: registration, scheduling, and event data from the tools we use to run the Services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to register and deliver masterclasses and events; send confirmations, reminders, and replays; deliver purchased products; schedule and conduct consultations; process payments; send email and SMS communications where permitted; respond to your questions; improve our Services; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Email and SMS Communications

By providing your email and phone number, you consent to receive transactional messages and, where you opt in, marketing messages.

SMS: By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Hall-Jackson & Associates, P.C. (“Protect Your Career”), which may include appointment and consultation reminders, masterclass and event confirmations and access links, account notifications, customer-care responses, and — where you separately opt in — promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out will not affect products you have already purchased.

Email: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any marketing email.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store full payment card numbers, and your payment information is governed by the processor’s own practices.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as our CRM, payment processor, scheduling tool, video conferencing provider, and email/SMS providers), for legal or safety reasons when required, and in connection with a business transfer.

We will not share or sell your mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories of sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Registering, purchasing, subscribing, or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information submitted is not protected by attorney-client privilege unless and until a signed engagement is in place. Please do not send confidential details about your specific legal matter through general forms, email, or SMS.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our site, remember preferences, measure performance, and support marketing, including third-party analytics and advertising tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Data Retention and Security

We retain your information as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your information, or to opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any rights, contact us at [email protected], and we will respond as required by law.

11. Children’s Privacy
